The tuning forks that will be used are bespoke and produce frequencies that are within our biofield (a large field of energy that surrounds and extends out from our bodies). The forks will be used around and on your body, so that the vibrations can directly transfer through you. The forks will also be used to create Binaural Beats, where the brain generates an auditory illusion, creating synchronisation between the left and right hemispheres of your brain.
